5. PAYMENT AND MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES/SERVICES

5.1 Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on our Website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. You will be charged the price for the services as listed on the Website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including content, products, or tools) without prior notification. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Prices displayed are inclusive of CGST/SGST/IGST, wherever applicable under prevailing law.

5.3 Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through the Razorpay payment gateway. We accept all forms of payment available on the Razorpay platform, including but not limited to domestic/international credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. 5.4 Invoices and Receipts

Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic confirmation (invoice/receipt) available for download directly from the Astro Satyaki website at the time of booking. A secure link to access and download the invoice/receipt will also be provided within the invoice/receipt. This link will remain valid for a period of seven (7) days from the date of the transaction, after which access will expire. The electronic invoice/receipt shall constitute conclusive proof of your transaction with Astro Satyaki.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to download the invoice/receipt immediately after payment and mandatorily send a copy of the downloaded receipt via WhatsApp to the official Astro Satyaki number provided during the booking process. Failure to submit the receipt through WhatsApp within seven (7) days of the transaction shall be deemed as a “no claim” situation. In such cases, no assistance, service, or refund shall be entertained under any circumstances, even if payment was successfully made.

Astro Satyaki may, at its discretion, attempt to contact you within these seven (7) days as a matter of courtesy. However, such attempts are not guaranteed and shall not create any obligation on Astro Satyaki. If you are unreachable, unresponsive, or fail to comply with the mandatory requirement of submitting the receipt within the specified timeframe, the service shall be considered forfeited and no refund shall be provided. Please note that Astro Satyaki’s attempt to contact you is purely voluntary and absence of such contact shall not be grounds for any claim, assistance, or refund.

Please note that while your payment through Razorpay constitutes a valid transaction, the activation of your service shall only be processed after you send your receipt or Order ID via WhatsApp to the official Astro Satyaki number provided at the time of booking. If you fail to share the receipt or Order ID within seven (7) days of the transaction, your claim to the service shall be treated as forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Until such confirmation is received by Astro Satyaki, no service obligation shall arise.

Please note that the secure link provided is intended solely for your personal use and should not be shared with or disclosed to any third party. If the link is shared, whether knowingly or unknowingly, and a third party accesses, downloads, or attempts to redeem the service through it, Astro Satyaki shall bear no responsibility or liability for such actions, and the service shall be deemed served in such a case. The safeguarding of the link remains your sole responsibility.

It is also your responsibility to safely store and retain the invoice/receipt and the secure link provided. Astro Satyaki shall not be held liable in the event that you lose, misplace, or otherwise fail to access the link or receipt within the stipulated period. No assistance, replacement, or refund shall be provided in such cases unless you are able to furnish valid transaction details, such as the unique Order ID provided in the invoice/receipt. Failure to provide such proof shall result in denial of any claim related to the transaction.

5.5 Proof of Payment Requirement

Any request to redeem, access, or claim a service without furnishing valid proof of payment shall be treated as invalid. In such cases, the service shall be denied, and no refund or compensation shall be issued under any circumstances.

5.6 Customer Information

During the booking and payment process, you will be required to provide certain personal details such as your full name, contact number,email address and birth details. You agree that all such information provided shall be true, accurate, current, and complete. The use of false, forged, or impersonated details, or providing incorrect information during the payment or booking process, is strictly prohibited. Astro Satyaki reserves the right to cancel such bookings without refund, deny future services, and, where necessary, initiate legal action in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or impersonation.

5.7 Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed strictly in accordance with our Refund Policy: refund policy. The decision to grant or deny a refund shall rest solely with us and shall be final and binding.
