1. No Cancellations

Once a service has been booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Customers are requested to review their details carefully before booking a service.

2. No Refunds

Payments made for consultations, reports, or any other astrology services are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued in cases of dissatisfaction with interpretations, predictions, or outcomes, as astrology is subject to personal belief and interpretation.

3. Refunds In Case Of Technical Issues

A refund is only possible if a technical issue on our side prevents delivery of the purchased service (e.g. non-receipt of a paid digital product due to system error).

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
